With rosy cheeks I’m off to play, rain or shine we hold hands all day. A fuzzy tail is what keeps me near to the smiling faces of innocent will. We rock along gently as she falls asleep, singing songs slowly till indiscernible speech. While you play, smile and rock, I’m wrapped ’round her neck so she can fly through the skies, till the stars start to shine and there’s sleep in her eyes. We do all the things that she imagines we could, while you do all the things that you know you should. We do love her back, we just thought you should know and we’ll keep on loving her after she lets us go.
